HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

After the purchase is completed, a confirmation page will appear and a confirmation email containing your order information will be sent to you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING OR INCORRECT?

If your order arrives with a missing item or an incorrect product, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

When submitting your request, please include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item you received (image file under 1MB)

Once the issue has been verified, a replacement product will typically be arranged at no additional cost. In many cases, the incorrect item does not need to be returned.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Order changes can generally be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order is submitted.

If you need to update your delivery address, change items, or correct order details, please contact support as soon as possible.

Requests received after the processing deadline may no longer be eligible for modification because the order may already be prepared for shipment.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order was placed.

After this time, the order may already be in processing or preparing for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
