1. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests only if they are submitted before the order moves into the processing or shipping phase. If your cancellation request is approved promptly, a full refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer accommodate cancellation requests.
